Nightly Rates
Our rates are based on unit confirguration (1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom or Studio lockoff) and are charged each night of your stay. The 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom setup include the full kitchen area, living room and front balcony. The Studio setup includes private balcony, separate entrance, and Butler's Kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge. These rates do not include the 13% Anguilla GST tax that is also collected.
50% of the total amount due is required to book the time on the calendar. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Deposits and total amount due are non-refundable. In the case of COVID, or any other personal emergency situation, we do offer to reschedule your dates during the same rental rate period for up to one year from original booking dates. We highly recommend purchasing Trip Insurance for your trip, especially during hurricane season (June - November.)
